-15 Weeks TOTAL, 4 workouts each week

-20-40 minutes each

-Dumbbells, mini bands and body weight for strength training and conditioning

-2 stretches (one body weight and one foam roller)

-Tabata Style timer (45 seconds of work, 15 second rest)

-Modifications for pregnancy, postpartum and fitness levels

-Family friendly! You can do these workouts with your kids around or during nap time, you choose!

Each workout is a full 20-40 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) done from home with body weight, dumbbells and or mini bands. Tessa will demonstrate each movement and workout with you while providing and demonstrating modifications for you when needed to best protect your core and pelvic floor during pregnancy, postpartum or reaching your physical health goals.

Having kids around during your workouts means it will not always go perfectly smooth, and that’s OKAY! Tessa demonstrates how she handles needs, tantrums, spills and kids that want to jump in the fun so you never have to feel alone during this journey. Your kids are not in your control, but you do control yourself and together we will teach our kids just how important it is for “mommy to do her workout right now.”

Stay consistent and your kids will learn to love this habit with you! Your kids do not stop you from reaching your goals, and they can become your greatest accountability partners if you let them!
